Jenny Craig worked out for me..
If you can't afford it or cannot get to it i suggest weight watchers and some exercise, and drink LOADS of water! i drink about 12 bottles a day, it's very cleansing and gives you more energy.. if you want more information on weight watchers google it it'll come right up
well you need to excerisice and watch your calorie intake..take a trip to the doc and he will point you in the direction to go..a nutritionist will help too..don't stave yourself or be belimic...that could kill you..the goal is to be a healthy weight and be healthy too. You need to push yourself..make weekly weight goals ..like "I will lose 3 pounds this week" work out..run, jog, walk, ride a bike, sleep well and drink well. routine is best..
