Thread: im 11 stone and i want to be 9 stone in 2 months or 1 months?

im 11 stone and im in year 8 i feel fat in my pictures and my face has no shapre cant see ma jaw line and i was 10 stone in year 7 and it was easy to lose weight because i could lose 1 stone to be 9 stone i realy want 2 lose weight in v2 months or 1 month that would be great i dont want to show my body to my friends or my boyfriend its realy hard i have realy bad strch marks on my stomach and my breast

You cannot possibly lose that much weight in two months, let alone one month. You need to cut out all of the crisps and sweets etc and take more exercise. Your weight will come off slowly and you will be less likely to put it back on.
