If you loose 5 pounds, is it suppose to be noticable?! please reassure me?

I have somewhat of a gut. Anyways, i went from 121 lbs to 116lbs in 3 weeks, on monday it will be my fourth. I am working out everyday, eating right. The problem is, I look exactly the same. Its really bothering the hell out of me. I want to give up. I don't want to get low, to 111lbs but my body looks the same! is it all in my head or am I expecting too much?! its not water weight for sure 100%

I am 5'4 exact. Yes, I am thin. But I have a horriable gut. Its genetic, because my dad has it, and yet he is slim everywhere.

    Not really.
Your body actually fluctuates 5 lbs throughout the day, so it's not going to have a HUGE effect.

how tall? 121 sounds thin. i think you're worrying too much. and 5 lbs is usually pretty hard to notice.
