What are you able to eat and tolerate on a regular basis? What did the food program consist of that your surgeon wanted you on? Were you paying most attention to carbs? What do you do for exercise? Have you required surgery for extra skin? Also, if you wouldn't mind sharing your results. I was 286 at my high and am 203 now, having had my surgery 08/26/08.
