If THC shows up in my blood/urine for a physical test, will they report this to

the police? Recently I was told that I have an irregular heart beat, and I was told to see a cardiologist. They are doing a physical and testing my blood and urine. Will THC show up in their tests? And will they report this to the police? I'm only seventeen btw.
