I go to the gym probably 6 days a week and do cardio, abs, and weights. I happy with my body. It is lean and muscular. however, I think I am coming down with a cold. Some people say it is good to exercise when you are sick, and others say I should take some days off of the gym. How long would it take of not working out for me to see the effects in my body? Will a few days of taking it easy be really noticeable? (I live on a big college campus so I still walk everywhere). I also eat really healthy (lots of veggies and protein). Thank you.

P.S-If anyone has any good cold remedies that would also be wonderful
