    If I want my abs more visible quicker, should I do excercises weighted?

    I do the excercise 8 minute abs.
    Should I add a 10 lbs weight plate behind my head
    while doing the excercises?
    does it help make them more visible quicker?

    Add cardio into your routine. It will burn fat and make your abs more visible.

    Do interval training (such as on a treadmill or elliptical) in addition to abs exercises.
