i just started walking for one hour ,well sometimes more ,I go arround the park 5 times fast paced and this is what it takes me (it is a big park ) the only thing is that i go with my twins ,so i have to push the stroller, now my question is by pushing the stroller will i burn less calories than not pushing the stroller?or the same ,im sking this cause i feel that im putting my weight on the stroller like im holding on the stroller
