Ok im trying to lose and Im going to tell you some things I ate to see if im on the right track Yesterday morning I had cream of wheat with unsweetened apple juice For lunch I had chicken salad on hard roll with lettuce,and cheese fruit blend juice and grapes after that I had in between Fist full of raw baby carrots and raw broccoli can you like eat as much fruits and veggies without gaining weight or is there a certain limit also that day I had a turkey burger on george forman grill with whole wheat with mustard does mustard have fat because I prefer it over mayo and at 2:00Am I had watermelon is that bad I did and today I had the same like watermelon and cream of wheat but did not have veggies yet but going to later today for lunch I had turkey sandwich on hard roll with lettuce cheese and tomato and I am going to walk like 30 minutes each day is this good and also how much water should I be drink a day
