anyway...if i burn 2800 calories at the min a day (which is jsut eays for me) could i get abs soon
My intake of calories is 1600, and i still have energy left over, very nice
i also do workouts every 2 days
workout is as followed
crunches - as many as i can do with 1 min break inbetween each set..3 sets
sit ups - as many as i can do with 1 min break inbetween each set..3 sets
bicycle crunches - as many as i can do with 1 min break inbetween each set..3 sets
Roman sit ups as many as i can do with 1 min break inbetween each set..3 sets
i also do planks, side planks and the mountain climbers,
Is that a good workout for abs, and how long will it take me to get the full 6?
forgot to add..i also got a a 2 pack...slight visible for the next 2
