It's not a problem that you should be worried about. I don't know of any foods, but you will certainly realise a difference if you wank less.

firstly restrain urself it 'builds' up, secondly i hear omega 3 oily fish is good for it (trout salmon tuna) along with the obvious proteins like milk eggs and yogurt
