I haven't worked out in about 3 years and I just got my gym membership today. I will be going to the gym 4 days a week and each of those days I plan on spending 30 mins on the treadmill and the other 30 mins on toning/strength training. I have about 30 lbs I want to lose.
My question is this....
I don't know the names of the exercises or the equipment and would like to know how to tone the rest of my body.
What exercise machines should I be using?
should I do legs one day then back and chest the next?

I need simple easy tips on starting a routine that I can manage and not feel stupid doing.
Would love pictures or websites of great places to help me too.
