i work out 5 days a week, i watch what i eat, i weight 115, but i can't loose...
...my belly, and my love handles. ? I don't have much fat, but i been working out. I do cardio for about 30-45 min. Then i change my routine one day i work out my upper body, and another day i work out my lower body. I think my body got used to working out because i dont get sore.. What can i do, how can i see results, and what exercises are good for abs and love handles?
