Thread: I was wondering exactly how unhealthy skittles are?

I'm doing an essay and I can't find anything on the internet that tells me the effects of eating skittles. Please help & thank you!

why don't u look on the back that big thing that says nurturion yea its not there for show thats what it is made out of and how much fat is in in then look on the web and look up fat ppl thats what happenes idiot

Well it's just candy. All candy is bad for you in excessive amounts. Its a lot of sugar and a lot of empty calories. I really don't think that it's worse than any other candy out there..just don't eat it everyday. maybe there is some sort of dye in them? Like red 40..i dont know. Keep looking..but I really think that its just bad for you because its CANDY.
