i woke up with weird scratches on my shoulder...what could have happened?

i woke up this morning with 4 to 5 scratches on my shoulder...how did they get there...i live in a dorm room alone...is it possible someone could have broke into my room drugged me...did whatever they had to do....and me not recall anyof it.....
