I went 2 days ago and did my brand new high intense traning program. them i had a rest day to let my muscle recover. (they were aceing and killing like allways) but normaly i only get the pain in the muscle i worked out . but i got a pain in my bicep but i did not do any bicep curls, how ever i did work them as second working muscles.. but now 2 days after its go time and again and my bicep is still killing so should i go to the gym again or give it a rest day agin...cheers

its only one bicep my left handed one... but i right handed
