I am tired of doing crunches. I have a gym membership but rarely have time to go in. I do most of my exercises at night just before I go to bed. I am not looking for anything that is a crash diet, cardio (I know it doesn't work), anything that makes me go out and buy something, and is something I can do at home. The only exercise equipment I have is two five pound free weights and a punching bag. Also I am going skiing at the end of the week so can anyone tell me if that will help? I am NOT looking to lose a ton of weight (I am 5'1 and 115) I just want to get rid of the fat on my abs. Websites that don't require membership and anything I don't have to pay for is welcome.
