The thing is i just got laid off due to the economy and have plenty of time to workout, I've always been active (jump roping, weight lifting, pushups, pullups & abdominal exercises) but i still cant achieve my six pack. I can see the 6pack, only when i pull my belly skin down. I dont know anything about calories,& fats & protein.I removed carbs and sugar from my diet for about 2 months now. people tell me that i should eat 1800 calories a day, but is that necessary

I only workout for abot 2hrs a day but there's no way my body will burn all those calories & why do i need to eat 5-6 small meals a day? wont that just raises my calorie intake? I'am looking for someone who has achieved the 6pack with good info. By the way i drink a gallon of water a day and intake abot 110grams of protein a day
