Um...you should be gaining a little bit more weight if you are only 100 pounds and are 5'3. As for exercise, you could always sign up for classes. They are alot more motivating when you go and join others.

I'm thirteen, 5'3 and around 100 pounds. I'm not perfectly skinny and I'm gaining weight due to lack of exercise. I know cardio is good for weight lose but I don't have enough motivation to help me run outside in the cold. Can you tell me some ways I could help motivate myself to eat less and excercise more?
