    I want to lose about 5 lbs. What can i do?

    Im 5 ft 8 in and i weigh 140. I want to lose about 5 lbs. What can i do about an exercise/workout plan and dieting plan?

    Not sure why you want to lose, seems a pretty good weight in my opinion.

    Anyways just do a lot of cardio like running everyday and eat healthy. Eat 6 times a day, this helps your metabolism burn fat faster.
