I'm 16 years old, 5'9" and I weight 160. I'm considered healthy weight in the BMI range, but I feel like I carry too much weight in my stomach area.

I used to be overweight at 175, but then I didn't eat a lot one week and I was outside with my friends a lot and dropped the weight, but now the Christmas break it over, I'm not as active.

So, I wanted to lose 30 pounds to reach my ideal weight and body.

I don't expect to lose it right away, but at least 7 pounds a week.

I do wii fit for half an hour every day, so I do get exercise.

Still: What will help me lose it fast? Medicine?
