Hey! Thanks in advance...I have almost a flat stomach, but I want to make it complete...there is a pouch that annoys the crap out of me! Anyway, I try to run a mile everyday, I have soccer practices on Tuesday and Thursdays, and I am trying to run 2 miles with my sister once a week...I'm not going to eat red meat, sweets, or drink anything except water and milk...Will this help? What else can I do?

(oh, I also do 30 crunches every night before I go to bed, I also don't need to lose any more weight, I am at a healthy weight now and I want to stay there.)
