well im a 14 year old girl..
and its not like im fat, im actually really skinny
but im just REALLY out of shape lol
i do like nothing all day.. i know thats bad
but i want to get into shape and tone up a bit before school starts (in 2 weeks)
and obviously ill keep it up even after school begins.

so i need like a workout plan or somthing haha
any help?
