Having a fast metabolism my whole life, I have been trying to put on weight for years, I have now finally managed to get up to my perfect weight for my height and build. Trouble is, that now I have a bit of a paunched belly...!

I'm going on holiday in 5 weeks and would love to get rid of some of the belly and firm up the rest of my body without losing the weight I have managed to gain, or not too much of it.

I am 5 foot 9 inches and now weight 11 stone on the dot, I am of slim build anyway.

Can anyone help me at all?

I need ideas for excersise, diet and ways to get this tummy down in a few weeks!!!!


I need to fit into my shorts and swimming togs people!!!
