I want a cheeseburger dammit!?
So i've been on this dreadful diet for a week, or rather I've been in the process of changing my eating habits. It's really tough and very expensive to eat healthy! Seriously, it saved me so much time to go to mcdonalds and buy a double cheeseburger for a .08. Sigh...I miss those days. ANyhow, in this past week i've lost roughly 4.2lbs (to be exact). (and its probably "water weight". Anyhow, all I have been doing is eating healthy and walking between 1-2 miles a day. Except i'm dying for a cheeseburger, fries, and some form of something sweet! I'm just so afraid that if I treat myself to it just one time i'll go back to my old ways. Any words of encouragement for those who are dieting/ or have lost weight??
