Like I said I have big thighs..
And i know you cant lose weight in one area
and i read that you should do cardio
but would it make me look bulkier
I have super short legs, im 4'11
so I really don't need ANY bulk!
I'm just kinda hoping they'll make them look a bit more toned and slim...

Please Help And Give me some ways i could lose them
without any bulk
