within this month i lift weights religously. i do cardio at least 5 times a day. and i keep my calories at 1500 at average but could someone give me a little tip to make these last 8 pounds go by a little quicker

what your doing is probably good. but if you want to try and make t go faster, try eating hardly any processed foods. try eating a lot of fruits and vegatbales.
Lots of water. It seems obvious but when you drink a lot of water you dont get as hungry because it fills you up and it also boosts your metabolism and keeps you energized. Stay away from energy drinks/gatorade type of drinks and try to stick to heathly juices and milk but mainly just water.
