I used to wake up feeling normal, but for a few months now I've been feeling extremely when I wake up in the morning. I'm not able to move my legs much making walking really hard, and I can barely lift up my arms. I usually feel better about 15 or 20 minutes after waking, and having a glass of water. Do you think I am dehydrated? My doctor was worried about anemia because I was 110lbs when I was 16, and now I'm 18 years old and 91lbs, but I'm painfully afraid of blood work. She's just going off the weight loss, I didn't tell her about this because I didn't think it was as bad as it is now. What do you think it is? Dehydration? Please don't tell me to see a doctor, I will be going in about a month to see if this persists.
I also never feel energized throughout the day, perhaps I don't get enough fresh fruits and vegetables...
