At p.e we were playing kick ball and while running to a base i tripped and fell. after i fell my ankle hurt really bad for a second but i started walking on it again and continued to run and play kickball (maybe not the smartest thing to do) and once i got home it started to hurt pretty bad and its getting harder to walk on and its swelling. if it is a sprained ankle should i go to the doctor to get it check out or what? should i get crutches or limp everywhere?? just wondering cause i've never been hurt like this sooo i dont know what to do : /.
