I am a 18 year old female and I weigh 190lbs. I am almost full German and I am not going to lie, I am pretty beefy (not fat) and I do work out. I just would like to know a healthy eating habit (I am vegetarian). I feel over weight and I hate it because I look at everyone else and well, to sound childish, I feel jealous. I have a boyfriend whom love me very much and he and my friends, oh and family, tell me that I am not over weight, but I am not convinced. I just look in the mirror and see an over weight teenager, someone that I don't want to be. I also would like to change my style (not labeling) because I feel like well, I actually can't seem to explain it. If you have any advise on eating right and staying fit, or also, some styles suggestions for me, please tell me your advise. Thank you so much!
