Thread: i talk to people that arent there?

when i am really tired i find myself answering questions or making converse one liners, then i will kind of become coherent or wake up, but i dont feel like i was asleep. there is never anyone there but i see them like they were real

Are you on any kind of medication? Sometimes hallucinations will occur because of that. If you aren't then you probably need to see a psychiatrist. If you're on drugs, get off of them and see if things get better. If they do, don't go back on them.
