I started two days ago and as of now I can barely walk without EXTREMEM soreness in my lower back, and the front muscles of my legs from just above my knee to the bottom of my pelvis. I've sat in a Sauna for 20 minutes yet no relief, i've taken 800 mg of Ibuprofen, still no relief. My question is should I suck it up and just work out again or wait until this excruciating pain goes away. By the way, my chest muscles hurt to the point where it slightly hurts just to inhale/exhale from doing Bench too.
