k so im 17 years old and i weigh 121 lbs. im not considered fat or anything but im going on vacation in about 20 days and i really just wanna tone up a bit. i hate my hips, thighs, and stomach. theyre not that bad but their not as skinny as i would like them to be. so, are there any exercises i could do to get some good results in 20 days? and is it necessary for me to diet or can i just tone up with exercise only?
