i'm a teenage girl, very self conscious about my body.
recently i've gained quite a bit of weight, and i want to be at least somewhat thin for summer time.
i'm about 5'4 and 165 pounds, please don't criticize, i would like to lose about 30 pounds by summer if possible. i just need tips and tricks to stay motivated, and how to actually make this all work.
