i need to tone up my body and lose a little bit of weight!! i am a curvy girl in the right places and i love it!! i have a proper j -lo bum!! i am a size 10 - 12. but i have a bit of a lower belly, i want to lose this fat and tone it up!! i also want to do the same for my top legs, and my arms. but i DONT want to lose my bum but i wouldnt mind tonning it up!!! i have heard swimming will be good for this!!! is this right? are there any other things i could do that would work.. like any specific excercises!!! any help would be really great!! sorry its quite specific!!
