ifu wanna do it health wise... hit the gym hardcore and eat light.. nothing after abot 6 pm.. if u do eat after 6 pm, it would ef be heathier to eat a bowl of salad an a few chopped chicken strips as a treat... but othing heavy... I wot trust those market products cuz I dont think its healthy, always better to stay natural where its alway healtier.. I also ave a friend that like to starve all day then eat 2 large borritos at night or 3 Mc Donald eals... that is DEF un healthy... its better to eat earlier andif u get hungry whee its not needed.. eat sala or a bown of Grape nut cereal.. it fills u up but not full of fats.. pure fiber and grains... sorry Im o help but I try my best... I atually have the oppposite prob.. I cnt gain weigh if mylife depended on it and I hate it... Im 24 yrs old and 5'8 and nver weighed more than 134 pounds... is sucks
