I'm 16, 5ft 7 and weigh 14st 3lbs. I'm very aware that I am overweight. I have made a plan for myself though, and need someone to tell me if it's good. I'm aiming for 10st. If you could add to it please do. I haven't included food in the plan because I will be keeping track of that myself.

Tuesday

Wednesday

Thursday

- A 3.8 mile (speed) walk

Friday

- As many squats as I can manage
- As many push ups as I can manage
- As many sit ups as I can manage

Saturday

- A 0.8 mile (speed) walk

Sunday

- A 0.8 mile (speed) walk
