Okay, so my boyfriend is in Basic training. He's been gone about a month and has 2 more months to go. I want to look super sexy for him because I won't be able to see him for another 3 months, so I want what little I have to count. Since he's been gone I've been eating healthier and exercising regularly. I have only lost about 5 pounds. I want to lose about 20 pounds by then.. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do, what to eat, anything!! Also, eating is probably my biggest problem because I either eat too little, the wrong thing, too much or whatever. So any example meal plans would be great.. Remember I only have 2 months.. Thanks a Bunch <3
