ok so my new years resolution was to lose ten pounds, I'm 14 btw and I ws 5'5 118 pounds, then I became obsessed, i started starving myself, taking laxatives, and using diet pills, then a month ago when I got down to 108 I stopped my diet along with the pills and laxatives and started binging, but then a week later I weighed 112, now I got back to 116, i'm scared the diet pills have slowed down my metabolism, i can't stop binging and I'm scared I'm gonna gain even more weight. I need to know how to stop binging and also a healthy exercise and diet routine. I really want to lose those ten pounds that I gained really quickly,but I'm not very athletic so i don't know what physical activity I should be doing

Also what are the side effects of long term diet pill use because i was thinking if it wasn't that bad that I should just start small doses each day
