I know the key is exercises and healthier diet. BUT, i dont know what to eat and what kind of exercises i should be doing!
I'm also one of those people that can't accomplish a thing with out a schedule; at least big things.

My week is pretty flexible.
I have a few busy days, but for the most part... could someone please just layout a day to day schedule for me. I need help, please!
