Has anyone got any tips, for me to stay motivated and stick with excercise and eating healthy and all that?
Do as many press ups as you can a night, every night a week.
Also try to go running twice a week
Eat healthy.
Then you will soon loose weight.
Press ups are quick exercise and are effective
