I am a 24 year old male, 205 lbs. and 5' 7" tall. I would like to lose about 30 lbs. What is the fastest way to do this. I am willing to do what ever it takes (other than surgery). How much time should I spend on the treadmill or eliptical machine and weight training, and what should I be eating? I want to lose weight as fast as possible for my wedding in 2 months.
