OK, i need to lose 10 lbs...and this is what i've been doing so far..i've lost 2.5 lbs in 3 weeks...but i need faster results..
BK: 2 low fat (kashi) waffles
3 egg whites
coffee/tea and 1 cup of water
SNacK: protein snack bar (SB)
LUNCH: cereal..and an apple
chips like 4 servings baked...with teddy grahams..
sorry i need junk
lots of water!
Dinner: chicken with veggies

sometime yogurt an hour later...
late night snacks: green tea, popcorn, sometime cereal dry or with milk, diet coke, and low fat ice cream..
I dont exercise regularly..only on sunday..i do 30 minute ellipitical..im in school, so no time to exercise more..
I'm 5'11/150...i need some improvement,but i don't know what other foods to eat, that i will like..how can i curb late night craving..and don't say go to sleep, because i need to study!
