i want to lose weight but i cant seem to stay on a diet or exercise. right now im 5'5 and weigh 135. i have a short torso and stupid love handles that i do not love at all. everyone tells me im skinny but i look in the mirror and feel so fat and gross. i just want to lose my fat. ive lost 20 pounds in the last few months but i don't know how and i want to lose like 20 more. help with what i should do? also, i work full time everyday. and can you join a gym at 16?
