I'm very determined in losing weight it's been my goal but it's seems as though I never accomplish it so I'm keeping strong and motivated into doing so...but I don't know where to start. First off, I'm around 5'2 (short I know) and about 175lbs(give or take a few, huh), so I'm very petite and the size I'm very uncomfortable with but I'd like to lose 35-40lbs. I need to know how with my daily schedule, from 7am to 6:30pm I work with child care and after that I eat dinner and sometimes watch a little television then go to sleep, but I'm keeping busy throughout the day but I noticed I put on a few lbs. (and you would think activities throughout the day would help me lose some but no) & I would walk around the block but few of my neighbors have pit bull dogs and I'm terrified of them & I don't drive, so how do I do it(my diet & exercise)?
