ok, well, im 11 years old () and i weigh 110 pounds (GEEZE I GAINED 10 POUNDS!!!!) anyways, i was wondering, what can i do to loose sum of that flubber? at skool, we run, n im 1 of the slowest i no ppl say "oh just go out and play!" but it's not that easy. I have really low confidence, and when i have the chance of not going outside, of course i stay in. so, what could i do? are there any websites that have healthy meals? im latin btw, and my mom does alot of, latin foods...thanx 2 u all
