    I need help on loosing weight.....?

    ok, well, im 11 years old () and i weigh 110 pounds (GEEZE I GAINED 10 POUNDS!!!!) anyways, i was wondering, what can i do to loose sum of that flubber? at skool, we run, n im 1 of the slowest i no ppl say "oh just go out and play!" but it's not that easy. I have really low confidence, and when i have the chance of not going outside, of course i stay in. so, what could i do? are there any websites that have healthy meals? im latin btw, and my mom does alot of, latin foods...thanx 2 u all

    just diet and exersice
    not that you need it anyway your skinny, but to stay that way eat in moderation but don't starve yourself that makes your body retain weight. jog a bunch, get your heart rate up, it makes you burn fat.
