is there anyway i could stop my self from worrying about things. i worry way too much about everything& i cant seem to find a way to stop. im always worried about something.is something wrong with me?

Well I used to be like that and it caused me to have issues so now I think if it this way...WORRYING IS THE MOST UNNCESSARY FEELING IN THE WORLD! Whether you worry or not about something will NOT CHANGE THE OUTCOME. Sorry but it has no effect. So chill, try to ignore whatever is making u worry or be as optimistic as you can. Next time you're very worried, question yourself and realize that it has no effect on the actual thing ur worried about. Sorry I couldn't help more!
