Im 13 years old and ive been trying to bulk up for a little while now. doing push ups and lifting 10 pound weights (im really weak) and nothing really seems to be working.

In my arms & legs theres just not much for muscles! Its all gross. Im not fat or anything im 92 pounds.

And im involved in dance lessons and badmonton all week long. I just dont know what i can do!
