I need a really healthy snack that will get me through till dinner. For breakfast i always have oatmeal everyday and then for lunch i always have a turkey and cheese sandwich and a banana with yogurt. lunch is at like 12:30-1:00 then I get out of school at 3:00 and need to eat something right there before swim practice but what i eat has to get me through until about 7:00 which is when i eat dinner. so it has to be super healthy but with the protein i need
