...and calves.? im a teen guy. i have an ok upper body, but i have a big bottom part. i cant go to the gym, because i dont have the money to and my parents wont let me until im 18. i have a trackmill at home. what can i do to get a smaller butt, smaller hips, and smaller and tighter thighs and calves. i use to run at school, and since i dont have to take p.e. anymore, i didnt run as much as i use to. but when i was running back then(a year ago) i didnt see any improvements in getting a smaller butt, and smaller thighs. what can i do to get a smaller butt, smaller hips, and a smaller thigh? it's embarassing when u dress wear clothes and when u look in the mirrow, u kind of look like a triangle. give me the exercises i need to do to get the results i wanted. how many sets, reps, etc.... remember, i want a smaller butt, smaller hip, and smaller thighs. please help. i dont want to look like this....
